Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for customers (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”) who subscribe to and use our Real estate CRM Software (“Service”, “Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy.

  • Subscription and Variable Charges

    Our Real estate CRM Software operates on a subscription basis, billed in advance. Charges are variable depending on the subscription plan, number of users, features enabled, storage usage, integrations, and other services availed. The final payable amount is shown before completing the payment, and by proceeding, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

  • No Refund Policy

    All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for partial usage, unused features, or mid-term cancellations. Payments made towards subscription fees, setup charges, add-ons, integrations, or one-time services are non-refundable. Any automatic renewals processed due to failure to cancel in time are also non-refundable.

  • Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through the CRM account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the subscription expires. No further charges will apply unless you re-subscribe.

  • Auto-Renewal and Authorization

    Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. By providing your payment information, you expressly authorize us to: Charge your credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or other selected payment method for recurring subscription fees. Apply variable charges based on the usage, plan, or additional services you activate. If you do not wish to auto-renew, you must cancel before the renewal date.

  • Payment Failures

    If a payment attempt fails, our system may retry automatically. If payment remains unsuccessful within 7 days, your account may be suspended until dues are cleared. Continued non-payment may result in termination of your subscription and loss of data.

  • Confidentiality and Data Security

    We take confidentiality and data protection seriously. Sensitive payment details (credit/debit card numbers, CVV, etc.) are not stored on our servers directly. Instead, they are processed securely by our authorized payment gateway partners, who comply with PCI-DSS standards.We may store limited non-sensitive payment information (such as card type, last 4 digits, expiry date, or transaction IDs) strictly for billing reference and customer support.Your personal and payment information will never be sold, rented, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

  • Changes to Policy

    We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on our platform.
